accumulations of up to two inches. Total snow accumulations of 2
to 5 inches, with locally higher amounts, across the higher
elevations.
* WHERE...Portions of east Tennessee.
* WHEN...Until noon EST today.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chill values near zero will be
possible across the higher elevations this morning.
